Job Duties:

  • Develop and maintain operational analysis reports, dashboards, and metrics by using Power BI and Tableau.
  • Prepare monthly spending forecasts and perform detailed comparisons of actual performance against budgeted figures.
  • Analyze product sales performance using operational techniques, including Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), comparative analysis, and ABC analysis, while utilizing SQL and Excel to extract insights and provide data-driven operational recommendations.
  • Conduct vendor cost comparison analysis to identify the most cost-effective suppliers, improve procurement strategies, and support decision-making.
  • Generate daily sales and revenue reports by extracting data from SAP and warehouse management systems.
  • Assess carrier and warehouse storage costs to optimize inventory allocation, reduce operational expenses, and improve overall efficiency.
  • Identify and analyze operational challenges and opportunities, providing strategic recommendations to support both short-term and long-term business objectives.

 

Minimum Requirements:

Master’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Data Analytics, Supply Chain Management Analytics, Operations Research, Logistics Management Analytics, or a related field.

 

Required skills:

  • Use data-driven forecasting methods for optimizing supply chain operations and planning;
  • Build predictive models to demonstrate how digital and social media analytics can support strategic planning and decision-making;
  • Demonstrated knowledge of data mining techniques, including regression, clustering and prediction, to conduct research and translate data into key insights;
  • Design, develop, and implement Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models;
  • Apply multivariate statistical methods to solve business problems using SAS and R, SQL;
  • Extract data from WMS (Warehouse Management System) and SAP systems for comprehensive data analysis; and
  • Implement data preprocessing techniques, including data cleaning, integration, dimension reduction, and transformation.
